After listening to your feedback, we’ve decided to make a small change at Hagley Park Secure Dog Field.
Up until now, sessions have been 1 hour, and we’ve asked customers to arrive and leave within that time. However, we know that sometimes this has meant people bumping into each other either on the track or in the car park.
To make things easier, we’re moving to 55-minute slots. This way, everyone knows exactly how long they have in the field, and the 5-minute buffer should prevent any overlap.
The good news is this should actually mean you can relax and enjoy your full session, knowing the whole 55 minutes is yours without having to worry about arriving late or leaving early.
